So excited to be teaching here at Woodridge! This will be my 7th year here and I have been in education for almost 17 years. I truly love teaching and connecting with families in this great community!

I have lived here in San Antonio since after college. I went to Southwest Texas State University. I grew up north of Austin in Round Rock, a former Dragon. I am married to Howie, a teacher. We have been married for almost 31 years. 

We have 2 adult children, Megan and Travis. Megan is married now 3 years to Heath. She is a Speech Therapist in Dallas.  Our son Travis is a Heights graduate, and  is a recent graduate from  Texas A & M University, Gig Em! He has a great job in sales here in San Antonio. 

When not teaching, I love to travel, to lake, beach and the mountains! Also love biking, running, hiking and attending sporting events, most recently taken up Pickle ball. Also enjoy reading and time with family and friends.
